Made Easy Education Limited Terms and Conditions in respect of online programs, events and seminars

Please read the following carefully from beginning to end.

I understand information supplied on this form gives Made Easy Education Ltd permission to communicate with me by mail, fax,

email or phone to relay special offers, announcements, and information I may find valuable in my property business.

I further understand that the product or service I’ve purchased contains confidential copyrighted information that may not be

copied or reproduced without written consent from Made Easy Education Ltd. We offer free reports, newsletters, and

promotional emails as part of our Property Mentorship Academy. You may “opt out” or unsubscribe from our newsletters,

reports, or emails, but please be aware that this also means we could not deliver to you the emails that support your

Membership Program.

Investment and Payment

You must pay to Made Easy Education Ltd in consideration of the products and/or services offered by the Provider:

(a) The fee specified in the Order Form in one lump sum without set off, deduction or counterclaim; or

(b) If we have agreed that you may pay by Instalment, you must pay each Instalment without deduction on the

Instalment Payment Date required by us and as set out in the Order Form.

1. Payment made under this agreement must be made by the means specified in the Order.

2. If you fail to pay an Instalment Sum by the Instalment Payment Date for that Sum, then all monies owing by you

(which includes the full membership and Academy fee set out in the Order Form) shall become due and owing and

must be immediately paid to us without set off or deduction or counterclaim and without need for any further demand.

3. If payments are not made by the due dates, your membership may be cancelled, and no refund or credit will be

given.

4. Payment is generally to be paid in full prior to any LIVE event or payment over an agreed instalment plan. A discount

is offered for one off payments. The overall price must be paid including any final instalments before the date of the

LIVE event. If you are paying by instalment, then the event you are booking must be sufficiently far ahead for all

instalment payments to have been made in advance of the event.

Your Guarantee

This program guarantees that providing you follow the points below that you will create a £1,000,000 portfolio (in addition to any

you have already) that creates you £30,000 per annum within 3 years.

1. Spend a minimum of 4-5 hours a week on your property journey (including working time)

2. Do all the learning – covering the PMA Online and 3-day event and at least one of the strategy modules

3. Use Aran to get advice on key steps

4. Take action with what you are taught – action is defined as implementing the ideas and concepts taught in the

program and especially those taught in the PMA Online modules

Cancellation

1. This agreement shall be voided if you advise us in writing (email is acceptable) to support@arancurry.co.uk at Made

Easy Education Ltd, within fourteen (14) days of joining the program, that you no longer wish to receive Made

Easy Education Ltd Services and/or products by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a cancellation

notice to Made Easy Education Ltd. In those circumstances only Made Easy Education Ltd will refund to you all

monies or part thereof, which you have paid to us under this agreement within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such

cancellation notice.

2. You further acknowledge and agree that outside of the fourteen (14) working days cooling off period; if, at any time or

for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to receive the products and/or services from Made Easy Education

Ltd, you will not be eligible for a refund of any monies you have paid to us under this agreement and the balance of

the fees set out in the Order Form will become due immediately and payable by you.

Liability Waiver

You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by registering for our seminars or

programs, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any

circumstances. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to

any information presented by our company, or our company products or services, and you specifically release promoter, Aran

Curry or our representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that results from the use of,

or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our seminars, programs, materials, websites or any

services provided prior to or following this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or caused by negligence

of the promoter or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her business and health excluding personal injury

or death that may result from the promoter’s negligence whilst the buyer has been participating in the seminar and program.
